Currently, vendor booth prices are $50 for 6x5 and $80 for 10x10. If selected as a vendor payment is due 7 days prior to the event. You will be contacted and invoiced for the space prior to event. Vendors are required to give convention volunteers and staff a 10% discount on purchases over $50. Vendors are responsible for their own set up displays, racks, etc. tables are provided and chairs are provided at a first come first served basis.
Badges: a 6x5 booth includes 1 vendor badge and a 10x10 booth includes 2, each good for both days. Anyone else working your booth needs their own pass. List your helpers on the application so we have names at check-in.
